NOURISHED is a 10-week coaching group crafted specifically for women ready to refocus on themselves. It offers a structured approach to rediscovering what brings you joy, establishing self-care as a daily practice, and aligning your life with your core values.

When are the live group coaching calls? 

Our live group coaching calls are scheduled for Wednesdays at 5PM PT/8PM ET. This timing is designed to accommodate various schedules, allowing you to integrate this transformative experience into your weekly routine.

What are the topics or modules that will be covered? 

The NOURISHED program is structured into three main parts to support your growth and development comprehensively. 

  • Values & Vision, where you'll delve into identifying your core values and how to envision a life that aligns with those values. 
  • Beliefs & Boundaries, focusing on uncovering and challenging limiting beliefs while establishing strong personal boundaries. 
  • Behaviors & Routines, dedicated to building healthy, sustainable habits that support your well-being. 

Additionally, throughout the program, you'll learn simple yet effective strategies for self-care, fitness, nutrition, stress management, and improving your sleep hygiene, ensuring a well-rounded approach to your personal development.

I've tried group coaching programs before and I struggled to keep up, how can you hold me accountable? 

We understand that keeping up can be challenging, which is why we offer more than just group sessions. Our team is dedicated to supporting you through the group, and we conduct 1:1 check-ins to ensure you feel fully supported. Our goal is to help you stay on track and make the most of the NOURISHED experience.

What happens after the 10 weeks is over? 

After the 10 weeks, you'll continue to have lifetime access to your cohort's class recordings, worksheets, and any additional resources. This means you can revisit the material anytime you need a refresher. Additionally, as a NOURISHED alum, you'll be eligible to join future NOURISHED cohorts at a discounted rate, allowing you to refresh your skills or deepen your understanding even further.
